Supplies you will need:
- 8.5x11 inch letter size paper
- Scissors or Paper Trimmer
- Color Printer
- Preview (on Mac) (or) Adobe Reader - If you do not have Adobe Reader, download it for free here:
Instructions using Preview (Mac):
- Open PDF file in Preview (on Mac).
- Click text to edit.
- Type the name of your choice.
- Click Save to save file.
- File > Print
- Select "Copies per page". Change to "2" (to print two per letter size page).
- Set Print Quality to High.
- Print as many sheets as you need!
- Trim edges as needed.
Instructions using Adobe Reader:
- Open PDF file in Adobe Reader - If you do not have Adobe Reader, download it for free here
- Click text to edit.
- Type the name of your choice.
- Click Save to save file.
- Click Print.
- Select “Multiple” tab.
- Change “Pages per sheet” to "2" (to print two per letter size page).
- Print as many sheets as you need!
- Trim edges as needed.
