Supplies you will need:

• 8.5x11 inch letter size paper cut in half to 8.5x5.5 inch sheets
• Paper Trimmer
• Adobe Reader or Preview (on Mac). If you do not have Adobe Reader, download it for free here: https://get.adobe.com/reader/

Instructions:

1. Cut letter size paper in half down to 8.5x5.5 inches.
2. Download PDF file
3. Open PDF file in Adobe Reader or Preview (on Mac).
4. Click text “type name here”
5. Type in the name of your choice. 
6. Click Save to save file.
7. Open Printer.
8. Change paper size settings to 8.5x5.5 inches.
9. Print as many sheets as you need!

Computer monitors vary in how colors are displayed so printed colors may not match your monitor's display exactly.
