Supplies you will need:

• 8.5x11 inch letter size paper
• Scissors or Paper Trimmer
• Color Printer
• Preview (on Mac) (or) Adobe Reader - If you do not have Adobe Reader, download it for free here:

Instructions using Preview (Mac):

1. Open PDF file in Preview (on Mac).
2. Click text to edit.
3. Type the name of your choice. 
4. Click Save to save file.
5. File > Print 
6. Select "Copies per page".  Change to "2" (to print two per letter size page).
7. Set Print Quality to High.
8. Print as many sheets as you need!
9. Trim edges as needed. 

 

Instructions using Adobe Reader:

1. Open PDF file in Adobe Reader - If you do not have Adobe Reader, download it for free here
2. Click text to edit.
3. Type the name of your choice. 
4. Click Save to save file.
5. Click Print.
6. Select “Multiple” tab.  
7. Change “Pages per sheet” to "2" (to print two per letter size page).
8. Print as many sheets as you need!
9. Trim edges as needed.
